1. Three Irish people have died after a collision near Malaga in Spain on Sunday.

Venezuela

3. Emergency teams with rescue dogs continued to search on Sunday for any remaining survivors of powerful twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela, where the death toll has surpassed 1,450 and nearly 200 buildings have completely collapsed.

4. A US official said Sunday that Washington and Tehran agreed to halt attacks after new tit-for-tat strikes strained their interim deal, with the sides planning to renew talks aimed at ending the Middle East war.
