Princess Beatrice apparently cut Ed Sheeran's face with a sword when 'knighting' James Blunt

PRINCESS BEATRICE REPORTEDLY cut singer Ed Sheeran’s face with a sword while pretending to “knight” James Blunt at a party.
The Sun is reporting that Sheeran (25) was rushed to hospital for stitches after the princess swung the sword over her shoulder without realising he was behind her.
Beatrice is Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter and the daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
The cut is visible in some recent photos of Sheeran posing with fans.
A witness told the Sun the Princess was “inconsolable” after the recent incident. The blade is said to have narrowly missed Sheeran’s eye.
The source added that Sheeran was “the perfect gentleman and told her it was just an accident”.
