Skeletal remains found in Dublin could be female
The remains, which could be up to three years old, were discovered by a child searching for a lost ball in Tolka Valley Park in Finglas.
EXPERTS INVESTIGATING THE discovery of skeletal remains in Dublin earlier today believe that they could be those of a female.
The remains were discovered this afternoon in undergrowth in the Tolka Valley Park, Finglas, by a child searching for a lost ball, RTÉ reports.
It is believed that the remains might have been lying at the spot for up to three years. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
Gardaí are examining missing persons lists in an attempt to identity of the deceased. Further investigation of the scene will be conducted by the by state pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy tomorrow.
