THE CAMPAIGN FOR the Áras got under way in earnest today, with the seven candidates meeting for two head-to-heads after nominations officially closed at midday.
The presidential hopefuls have a long way to go until the end of the race on October 27, so how did people react as they set off from the starting blocks today? We’ve been watching Twitter – and here’s what you’ve been saying:
