100 new jobs for Cork by year end

Company also announced new Department of Agriculture contract.

SOUTHWESTERN IS TO create over 100 new jobs before the end of this year in Cork.

The company, which provides administration for other businesses, already employs 450 people at its headquarters in Clonakilty, Co Cork. It also has an operation in Poland.

SouthWestern recently won a contract to process bovine farm to farm movements and is already involved in the administration of a number of other Department of Agriculture projects.

Minister Brendan Smith visited the company earlier today to mark the awarding to the new contract to SouthWestern.
