40 New Jobs Announced in Enterprise Rent-A-Car expansion

The company is seeking to hire 40 full-time staff in the coming months, as well as 15 part-time staff and 30 interns.

THE CREATION OF 40 new jobs has been announced by car rental service Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which is expanding operations in Ireland.

The company is seeking to hire 40 full-time staff in the coming months, as well as 15 part-time and 30 internship positions.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car says that the roles are open to graduates in any discipline, and the company has highlighted its “award winning Graduate Management Training Programme” to interested jobseekers.

The company, part of the Global Enterprise Rent-A-Car Group, says it has a “promote from within” culture and that all full-time employees start out in the Management Training Programme.

“When we started Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ireland 16 years ago, primarily working with the insurance companies and the AA, there were just the two of us. We had about 10 cars in our fleet then. We are delighted, sixteen years later, that we are continuing our expansion with year on year growth for the past number of years,” said managing director George O’Connor. “We now have over 3,000 cars and vans on the road and we will employ 160 people by the end of the year in a full time capacity.”
