The first man is due before Dun Laoghaire District Court today, while the second will be called before Cloverhill District Court on Monday.
Six other people who were all arrested as part of the major garda investigation into the burglaries have been released without charge. Gardaí said files will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí set up a dedicated operation to combat a high number of burglaries in the Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Dundrum and Cabinteely areas of Dublin.
