Bank of Ireland's app and online services are working again following issue

It is not known what caused the bank’s app and Online 365 service to go down earlier this afternoon.

BANK OF IRELAND has said its online banking service and mobile app are both working normally again after they were down earlier. 

Shortly after 12.30pm this afternoon, the bank said in a post on social media that it was working to resolve the issue with its app and 365 Online service. 

It is not known what caused the issue. 

At around 2pm, a bank said: “The app and 365 Online are working normally again.

“We apologise for the inconvenience.”
