The sky over Wicklow looked very colourful today.

SOME 50,000 PEOPLE turned out to watch the first day of the Bray Air Display, according to the event’s organisers.

Italy’s Frecce Tricolori were one of today’s highlights.

Other international acts included the Patrouille Tranchant, a Celtic jet team from Brittany, and the Ravens from the UK.

The Irish Air Corps and the Irish Historic Flight Foundation also took to the sky.
