FINE GAEL WILL launch their plan to create thousands of jobs in Cork today as the general election campaign continues across the country.

The party leader Enda Kenny will be in the Cork South Central constituency providing further details of Fine Gael’s €7 billion NewERA infrastructure investment plan which they say will create 20,000 jobs in the trades and construction sector.

Fianna Fail will hold a press conference in Dublin where Finance Minister Brian Lenihan will talk about economic growth. Leader Micheál Martin will be campaigning in Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny.

Labour will announce their plans to create a new constitution at a press conference held by education spokesperson Ruairi Quinn and elections director Pat Rabbitte at their party headquarters in Dublin.

Sinn Fein will also be holding a press conference in Dublin where TD Aengus Ó Snodaigh will launch their proposals for developing the community and voluntary sector.

While the Green Party will be highlighting the issue of Independent TDs in the next Dáil this morning and will also premiere their party political broadcast which will be shown on RTE television tonight.
