Man arrested after 14 people injured in 25-car collision in England

The incident happened at Hythe Street, Dartford this evening.

A MAN HAS been arrested after 14 people were injured in a 25-car collision in Dartford, England this evening.

Officers were called to the scene at Hythe Street at 6.48pm and the South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene.

A total of 25 vehicles have been reported damaged.

Fourteen people are reported to be walking-wounded and have been receiving treatment at the scene, according to Kent Police.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of careless driving and remains in police custody.

The road has been closed off while recovery work is completed.
