Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Mayo for under €250,000?

From bungalows to semi-detached homes, here’s what you’ll find in the Maritime County.

GETTING A BROAD view of the market in a specific location can be time-consuming, unless you’re happy to spend hours trawling through listings.

To make life easier, we’ve done the searching for you, with a budget of no more than €250,000 in mind. Whether you’re moving out west, or have lived in Mayo all your life, no doubt you’ll find something to catch your eye in this handpicked selection.

Two-bed, detached, Swinford – €149,000

A detached cottage, that has recently been renovated, this two-bed home sits on almost an acre and is in the townland of Barnacohoge, just 7km from Swinford town.
