Fire in Iraq hotel

AT LEAST 41 people have been killed in a fire at a hotel in northern Iraq, Al Jazeera reports. Several foreign nationals are believed to be among those killed, but further details have not been released yet. Police are blaming an electrical short on the fire, and said that terrorism was not considered a factor.
