GRANDPARENTS JACK (68) AND Lorraine Sweeney (69), and their granddaughter Erin McQuade (18) were all killed in the recent tragic Glasgow bin lorry crash.
Today, the three were laid to rest at an emotional ceremony in St Patrick’s Church in Dumbarton.
Six people in total died when an out-of-control bin lorry travelled through part of Glasgow’s city centre, before crashing into a hotel.
About 10 people, including the lorry driver – who was seen slumped over the wheel before the incident – received treatment in hospital. Police said it was not a criminal or deliberate attack.
