A JOINT OPERATION between Gardaí and Revenue agents has led to the seizure of more than €200,000 worth of fake designer shoes, handbags and make-up, destined for shops and markets, two weeks before Christmas.
Searches were carried out yesterday at addresses in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, Gardaí said.
They discovered a large quantity of counterfeit designer goods, included MAC makeup, UGG boots, Converse shoes, and Michael Kors handbags.
