GARDAÍ FROM THE Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau have seized heroin with an approximate street value of €300,000.
The discovery was made during a search at Coolmine Industrial Estate in Dublin at 3am yesterday.
No arrests were made and investigations are ongoing.
The Garda Press Office said these type of operations “use advanced analytical and intelligence methods to disrupt criminals and dismantle their networks”.
A spokesperson added that drug seizures “play a critical role in targeting the livelihood of criminals and reducing their ability to carry out illegal activities”.
“Drug seizures also help protect communities from the devastating impact of drugs and the associated criminality.”
