Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Kerry for under €500,000?

Three in Tralee and one in Kilcummin.

GETTING YOUR HEAD around a fast-changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things a little easier.

Each week, we’ll handpick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the property landscape at any given time.

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Kerry with an asking price of €500,000 or under.

Five-bed, detached, Tralee – €399,000

Andorra is a large five-bed home with a floor area of 236 m² and countryside views. The rooms inside comprise a hallway that links to the spacious living room with large windows that make the most of the sea views.
