The 'UFO' snapped south of Oslo - Ryanair may or may not have received a Photoshop set as an early Christmas pressie
Santa sighting

It's looking a lot like Christmas: Santa-shaped UFO spotted by pilot

No confirmation yet on whether Ryanair crew will next week be spotting flying pigs…

NO-ONE BUT SANTA knows if Ryanair is on the naughty or nice list. However, one Ryanair pilot appears to be making a stab at getting in the good books by claiming he saw a sleigh-shaped UFO from his cockpit 200km south of Oslo, Norway.

The unnamed captain of flight FR1397 from Oslo Rygge to London Gatwick reports spotting the UFO on a flight this week. Ryanair spokesperson Stephen McNamara said:

Ryanair has passed the image to Aviation Authorities throughout Europe in a bid to ensure further sightings can be reported. Ryanair does not comment on rumour or speculation and will not be drawn on passenger claims that the UFO was a test flight ahead of 24th December. This is now a matter for the authorities.

Next week: A Ryanair air steward snaps a flying pig north of Rome Ciampino airport.
