The darkest of months is almost over.
TODAY IS THE final day of the first month of the year.
And with a combination of dark days, empty bank accounts and reluctant resolutions, January always seems like the longest of months.
For many it’s also the month when Christmas alcoholic overindulgence is replaced by abstinence. Or at least an effort is made at it.
