IRISH LEADERS HAVE been quick to hail last night’s deal by European leaders as a brilliant achievement and a seismic shift in Europe’s heretofore ropey economic policy.
Looks like Luxembourg’s prime minister isn’t quite as convinced though.
Here’s Jean-Claude Juncker – who is also president of the eurogroup – as he arrived at the EU Summit in Brussels. Hmmm. Maybe he knows something we don’t.
