For most people out there, dropping €7.5m on a 17-acre estate or €1.4m on a two-bed apartment is entirely out of budget, but that makes taking a nose around inside all the more appealing.
Today, we’re revisiting four of the most amazing properties that we’ve featured this year, from a New England-style woodland hideaway to an actual West Cork island.
West Skeam Island, Co Cork
Fancy owning your own private island, à la Leonardo DiCaprio or Shakira? Look no further. West Skeam Island, located in Roaring Water Bay, is home to three beautifully renovated stone cottages, as well as a World War II airstrip and an ancient gnostic church.
