WHEN PHARRELL WILLIAMS performs his hit song Happy at gigs these days, he invites kids on stage with him.

Last week in Leeds, one of those kids stole the show.

Dylan Barraclough, and his fedora with Christmas lights, received a massive reaction from the crowd, as he danced along.

Dylan told The Daily Mail that he “just made it up” as he went along and that it was his first gig.

The video, captured by Dylan’s dad Jamie, features the proud dad screaming his approval.

Some in the YouTube comments took exception to his enthusiasm, but Jamie was unrepentant.

I must admit I got a little lost in the moment. I do feel slightly embarrassed when watching it back now but let’s be honest….it’s not everyday your child gets to dance on stage with a global superstar and wow the audience. I guess you either don’t have children or they’ve never done anything to make you as proud as I felt in that moment.
