FINDING THE RIGHT home at a certain price point isn’t an easy task – particularly in such a changeable property market. But we’re here to point you in the right direction.

This week, we’re taking a look at what’s available around Co Clare for less than €300,000.
If plenty of space, easy access to a village and a sense of community are high on your must-have list, check out 39 Shantraud Woods. This four-bed family home offers off-street parking to the front and a large back garden with the added benefit of side access.
