Take a VR tour of this new Swords home before viewing officially opens
The newest phase of homes at Ridgewood launch this weekend, but you can step inside right now.
If you have Google Cardboard or another VR headset, you can enjoy a full 3D experience by tapping the ‘goggles’ icon.
RIDGEWOOD IS A LARGE development of homes in Swords, and Ashfield is the latest addition to the fold.
Made up of 34 homes, you can reserve a viewing from 12-2pm this Saturday March 3 and Sunday March 4, and again the following weekend. If you can’t quite wait that long, simply check out our VR tour above.
Ridgewood as a whole has a distinct community feel to it, and the development is home to seven GAA/soccer pitches and changing facilities, two playgrounds, a Tesco Express, McCabe’s Pharmacy, a medical centre and a childcare facility.
Inside, the homes are all painted in neutral colours, and tastefully designed. The kitchens include an integrated microwave and oven, and some models feature an island that’s perfect for breakfast. The living room is bright and features an electric fireplace.
Homes on sale in Ashfield at present are a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties, and each bedroom is carpeted and comfortable, whether double or single. They also have fitted wardrobes from Cawleys Kitchens for extra storage space.
Swords is a handy spot for those who commute to work, as it’s well served by Dublin Bus and Irish Rail as well as being minutes from the M50. All homes come with two car parking spaces to the front, as well as a garden to the rear.
