Two men and woman arrested in connection with 2010 Lee Slattery murder released without charge

Lee Slattery’s remains were discovered in a shallow grave in Limerick on 31 May, 2010.

TWO MEN AND a woman who were arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the 2010 murder of Lee Slattery have been released without charge.

Mr Slattery’s remains were discovered in a shallow grave at the Delmege House estate near Moyross in Limerick on 31 May, 2010.

The 25-year-old was reported missing by his family on 27 May 2010.

The three people, aged in their 30s, were detained by gardaí and files will now be prepared for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions following their release without charge.

A garda spokesperson said investigations are ongoing.
