AN APARTMENT BELIEVED to be the most expensive one-bedroom flat in the world has gone on sale in Tokyo for a cool 1.8 billion Yen (€18.6 million).

The 10th-floor apartment in one of Japan’s most prestigious districts comes fully furnished with everything that your average millionaire could want: a shoe storage unit that holds up to 200 pairs of shoes, a Parisian-style terrace, and a shower the size of a college bedroom (plus a few other things too, according to Sotheby’s International Realty).
