BAFTAsLAST NIGHT’S BAFTAS may not have proven quite as exciting as the year before – we’re looking at you Eddie Redmayne – but the annual awards ceremony certainly did offer up a few televisual treats.
The film world’s beautiful people gathered in London to celebrate themselves and their colleagues with a healthy dose of wit, sarcasm and the odd tear-shedding moment.
The star of the show was undoubtedly one Emma Thompson, but here are just a few brilliantly gas BAFTA moments from the last night’s broadcast.
“Leo, Leo, Leo…” the crowd roared, much to the amusement of the Wolf of Wall Street star.
The love for the star was also shared by the BBC One Twitter account.
Remember that time Anne Hathaway revealed he wasn’t feeling so good backstage?
One is NOT amused.
Later confirmed by this excellent snap which Mr Hanks shared on Twitter.
Those were REAL tears folks.
Dem beardz tho. *swoon*
