@ Eddie Munster – only certain countries permit personal small-scale cultivation (Spain, Belgium, Holland, Portugal and the Czech Rep AFAIK). If that were the case in Ireland the “street value” the Gardaí go on about would plummet drastically.

Smoking cannabis is not breaking the law, the consitution is the law and it’s not in our consitution, just ask the cop is he on his oath cos his oath is to uphold consitution law and common law. It’s the same with a stop and search you have the right to say no I do not consent to a search, the cops need your consent for a search. Go on utube and type in common law, some good things on it,people with there camera on the cops and telling the cops they do not consent and asking the cops are they on there oath.
