Coastguard joins search for missing man Dean Patton

Dean was last seen on Tuesday 24 July in Portrush. Police and his family are said to be increasingly concerned for his welfare.

THE COASTGUARD HAS joined the search for missing Portrush man Dean Patton.

Police and the local coastguard will today continue the coastal search at Ramore Head for Dean, who was last seen at around 1pm in Portrush last Tuesday 24 July.

On the day he was last seen, he was wearing a black tshirt and blue jeans. Dean (24) is described as being around 6ft tall with dark hair and a tanned complexion.

On Saturday, police and the family of the missing man said they were becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Detectives are still appealing for members of the public who may have seen Dean in the Eglington Lane area of Portrush last Tuesday, or who may have any information that could assist with their inquiries, to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
