IRELAND IS TODAY hosting a major meeting of foreign affairs ministers from Europe and further afield.
The ministerial meeting of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is taking place in the RDS in Ballsbridge. Ireland is coming to the end of its year-long term as the chair of the organisation.
Among the attendees at the conference are the US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, Britain’s foreign minister William Hague, and Russia’s Sergey Lavrov. Clinton will address the meeting at 2:10pm.
