“I’VE BEEN WAITING for you, Enda Kenny. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now I am the master,” Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte might have said today as he got his hands on a lightsaber.
Rabbitte was at the telecommunications research exhibition at the Lighthouse Cinema in Dublin when he got his hands on one of the exhibits, a red lightsaber.
We’re sure the Labour Minister had the best intentions in picking a red-coloured lightsaber but we wonder was he aware that it is the same colour used by Star Wars villains including Darth Vader.

Luckily it was all a bit of a laugh and no-one’s hand got chopped off like what happened Luke in ‘The Empire Strikes Back’.
