The body of the man in his 20s was found at a disused building in the city yesterday evening.

A POST MORTEM is expected to be carried out today on the body of a man found at a disused building in Waterford city yesterday evening.

The man, who was in his 20s, was found at around 6pm yesterday evening.

Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of the man.

Gardaí have appealed for anyone with any information about the incident to contact Waterford Garda Station on 051 305300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
