Criminal Assets Bureau raid homes and businesses in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary

Documentation, mobile phones, devices and computer equipment have been seized.

A NUMBER OF searches are being carried out in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary today by the Criminal Assets Bureau.

The operation is part of ongoing investigations into the purchase of land, vehicles and other assets by organised criminal groups based in the region.

Private residences and business premises have been searched at a number of locations.

Documentation, mobile phones, devices and computer equipment have been seized.

No arrests are planned during this phase of the investigation, according to gardaí.
