THE VICTIM OF a fatal shooting in Co Tipperary has been named as 30-year-old Shane Rossiter.
Gardaà have confirmed that the shooting happened at around 6.45am in the Tipperary village of Golden on Wednesday.
He was taken to South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel where he was later pronounced dead.
A post-mortem examination has been concluded but Gardaà the results are not being disclosed for “operational reasons”.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
Investigations are ongoing.
