THE USUAL RUCTIONS broke out during the latest Vincent Browne’s The People’s Debate which had been filmed in Tipperary.
This time it was a row between local TDs Séamus Healy from Workers and Unemployed Action and independent TD Mattie McGrath.
McGrath, who is a former member of Fianna Fáil, accused Healy of being “anti-everything” while Healy heckled him so much that he had to be told to “leave him alone” by the TV3 presenter.
“He hasn’t voted for one thing in this town in Clonmel ever in his life!” McGrath shouted.
“I worked for 30 years for this town and I’m well respected and trusted, trusted in this town,” Healy hit back.
As they continued to talk over one another, Browne addressed the audience:
They look like Podge and Rodge, don’t they?
