A 19-YEAR-OLD MAN injured in a serious car crash on Sunday has died of his injuries, gardaí have said.
The teenager was in a car with three other men on Sunday evening when the car left the road at around 6pm and collided with a ditch at Ballycrystal in Wexford.
The 19-year-old, who has not been named, was a passenger in the car when the crash happened. He had been removed to Wexford General Hospital where he died today.
The three other men in the car, a 20-year-old driver and two 16-year-old passengers, were treated for minor injuries at Wexford General Hospital.
Gardaí investigating the crash are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to contact Enniscorthy Garda Station on 053 – 924 2580, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
