1. Going to the gym

Joining and hearing about all the nice facilities and services on offer is the easy part. Getting off the couch in the lashing rain to go and punish yourself just doesn’t have the same appeal.

Lifting your cup of tea at home definitely counts as some form of exercise.

It’s your only weekend free. Surely nobody would like you to spend hours in the car just to eat their biscuits and make small talk all day?

Why do we do this to ourselves? The stress of washing dishes that have food cemented into them is almost unbearable.
