LAST UPDATE | 6 Apr 2023
AER LINGUS’ WEBSITE and app are working again after an earlier outage.
The airline had apologised as its website and apps were “unavailable”.
Customers were asked to allow extra time for check-in and to check their local airport website and screens for flight status information.

“We apologise for this inconvenience. Our teams are working on resolving this and we will return all services as soon as possible,” Aer Lingus said in a statement.
The airline did not confirm what caused the outage.
In a tweet shortly after 12pm, the airline confirmed that “the Aer Lingus website, mobile app and self-service kiosks are now fully available for customers to check-in and manage their bookings”.
“All Aer Lingus flights are operating as normal today,” it said.
