No serious injuries after car crashes into shop in Dublin city centre

The crash took place shortly after 9pm this evening.

GARDAÍ ARE AT the scene after a car crashed into a shopfront in Dublin city centre.

The incident took place at the 24-hour Centra on Dame Street shortly after 9pm this evening.

In a statement, gardaí confirmed there were no serious injuries. Eyewitnesses reported one person being taken to hospital.

Emergency services remain at the scene.
