Poll: Is the 'bring your teenager to a pub' initiative a good one?

Proponents believe it will discourage binge drinking.

A PILOT PROJECT started by publicans in Kerry hopes to see more parents bringing their adult teenagers and older children (over 18s) to the pub.

The initiative, which is backed by the Vintners Federation of Ireland, has received the support of a local principal because it aims to encourage sensible drinking and help stop binge drinking.

Today we ask: Is the ‘bring your teenager to a pub’ initiative a good one?
