There's a series of power faults across Dublin City and even the Dáil wasn't immune

Almost 2,500 customers are affected.

A POWER CUT in Dublin City centre is affecting almost 2,500 customers and caused a brief delay in proceedings in the Ðáil.

ESB Networks say the disruption is down to four unscheduled faults in the Dublin 8 and Dublin 2 areas. They are affecting about 2,380 customers.

The faults are being worked on by technicians and it is estimated that they will all be resolved before 8pm.
