Emergency services at scene of multi-vehicle crash on the N7
The collision happened at around 6.40pm this evening.
EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE currently at the scene of a serious road crash on the N7.
The crash, involving a number of vehicles, happened at around 6.40pm on the N7 westbound (Naas Road) at Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
The road is closed, with westbound traffic being diverted at Junction 2 (Kingswood).

Motorists are being encouraged to avoid the area and use the N81 and N4, where possible, re-joining the N7 at Kill/Johnstown.
A garda spokesperson said that no further details are available at this time.
