Man in serious condition after Limerick assault
The incident occurred in the early hours of yesterday morning on Nicholas Street.
GARDAÍ AT MARY St in Limerick are investigating reports of an assault in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A man sustained serious injuries in an incident on Nicholas St at around 2am yesterday morning.
The man was taken to Cork University Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
