GARDAÍ IN DÚN Laoghaire are investigating after a man’s body was recovered from Dublin Bay yesterday evening.
The alarm was raised by a ferry, who alerted the coast guard.
Gardaí said the man’s body was recovered at about 5.30pm yesterday.
The Dublin and Dún Laoghaire coast guards and Dún Laoghaire life boat were involved in the operation.
The Garda Press Office could not confirm reports the man was the subject of a recent missing person alert.
