Serious road traffic collision in Co Meath

A woman in her 20s was seriously injured when her car was involved in a collision with a lorry.

GARDAÍ IN TRIM are investigating a serious road traffic collision which occurred near Brannockstown on the Longwood to Trim Road on the today.

At approximately 1.30pm a female aged in her 20s was seriously injured when the car she was driving was involved in a collision with a lorry.

She was taken by ambulance to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. The road is currently closed to traffic, forensic collision investigators are at the scene and diversions are in place.
