Motorcyclist (30s) seriously injured following collision in Co Kerry

The collision happened at around 11.30am this morning at Moll’s Gap in Kenmare.

A MOTORCYCLIST IN his 30s has been seriously injured following a single-vehicle collision in Co Kerry.

The collision involving a motorcycle happened at around 11.30am this morning at Moll’s Gap in Kenmare.

He was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Kerry.

Garda Forensic Collision Investigators carried out an examination of the scene and the road has since reopened.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward.

Any road users who may have dash-cam and were travelling on the N71 in the Moll’s Gap area between 11.10am and 11.40am are asked to make this footage available.
