WHO KNEW THAT it had been 16 years since No Doubt’s ‘Don’t Speak’ sat at the top of the charts for a month?
The perfect song for sobbing or slow-dancing to (depending on where you were in the romance stakes), it was made extra sad by being about the break-up of vocalist Gwen Stefani’s seven-year relationship with bassist Tony Kanal.
