One arrest over Irishman's death

A MAN IN JAPAN has been arrested after an Irishman was killed in a hit and run incident at the weekend. The body of Alan Buckley, 32, an English teacher in primary and secondary schools in Tomioka, was discovered on a road at around 3.30am on Sunday. Buckley was participating in the Japan Exchange and Teaching programme, according to Japanese media.
