As exam season starts, hospitals will start to see the devastating consequences of teenage binge-drinking, Dr Suzanne Crowe writes today.

IRELAND RANKS SECOND only to Greece for the proportion of people aged 15 and over binge-drinking out of the 38-country OECD.
