Poll: Would you be in favour of a coffee cup tax?

A UK minister has suggested it could help cover recycling costs.

A UK MINISTER has suggested takeaway coffee cups could be taxed to help tackle the massive recycling problem.

Rory Stewart said the charge on plastic bags had been a success and a levy on coffee cups could work similarly.
